Premier Precision Technologies is proud to Design and Manufacture our own product ranges inhouse. Providing the highest quality precision parts with the flexibility in house manufacturing provides, allowing us to support our customer needs – whatever the requirement.

From 2D design and 3D CAD/CAM, through to CNC Turning and Milling, fabrication and welding or bespoke engineering projects. We continually invest in our people and technology to support our worldwide customer base.

Our Engineers use the latest Autodesk product design and manufacturing software, our capabilities include:

2D CAD – Autocad
3D CAD – Fusion 360 and Inventor 
CAM – Fusion 360 and Inventor CAM
Data Management

By continually investing in the latest technologies, we are able to provide efficient and effective designs, with the latest support and security. We can safely exchange information and collaborate with customers anywhere around the world. 

Machining

We manufacturer our machined parts in house using the latest CNC machines and tooling. As well as conventional turning and milling machines. 

Our material capabilities include stainless steel, brass, aluminium as well as special alloys such as Invar. 

With extensive experience working across these materials, we ensure precision, consistency, and excellent surface finishes working within strict quality control standards.
